The Colombo High Court yesterday ordered the adjournment of the case filed against millionaire businessman Mohamed Ibrahim and two others, who are accused of covering up the Easter attacks, until July 2.
It was revealed during the hearing of the case that a witness in this case, a woman who worked at his house, had gone abroad, and the Attorney General's Department informed the court that there was a risk of another witness going abroad.
Accordingly, the court ordered the re-summons to be issued to the witness and also ordered the Criminal Investigation Department to summon the records related to her going abroad from the Immigration and Emigration Department and submit them to the court.
